Health curriculum has been a focus of Tagrid’s work since 2009. With a background in organisational learning and adult education, Tagrid has worked with universities and professional colleges to develop and renew health curricula at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Tagrid’s more recent work has been in project management and research, specifically in the field of interprofessional education and practice. Tagrid’s ongoing doctoral work also focuses on this area. Her ethnographic field work was conducted in a mental health hospital ward in NSW, Australia. The focus of her research is on interprofessional decision making in primary healthcare settings, including the role of the patient as part of the interprofessional team.
